Coordinate recruitment and employee placement to ensure vacant positions are timely fullfilled according to the operational needs.
Formulate and implement systematic selection techniques for the company to ensure better assessment of candidates.
To source potential candidates using a variety of recruitment channels such as job boards, online platforms, social media, industry-networks, learning institutions and workforce development agencies.
Review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates \'skills, qualifications, and fit for specific job roles.
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of competent and reliable staff.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Cultivate strong relationship with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and offer guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining staff.
Prepare any other assignments as and when required.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Human Science/ Business Administration or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are higly encourage to apply.
Well versed in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act 1967 is an added advantage.
Strong communication & writing skills and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure with multiple tasks and priorities assigned simultaneously.
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken for both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
