Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Property Management or equivalent
3 to 5 years' experience in handling property matters such as Tenancy Renewal, Tenancy Agreement preferably in Telco industry.

s:
Responsible to support consultant for compilation documentations for site legalization
Liaising with other related departments on issues pertaining to payments to consultants and Local Authorities
To provide support to complete a TA renewal at regional level
To monitor and ensure all sites have proper tenancy agreement at regional level
To ensure Notice of Termination available (by Landlord or SPM team) & to issue Site Handover after dismantling works completed
To ensure all the site rental payment has been paid to landlord every month
To assist others (Department & Unit) on site access application and site access issue
Responsible for on time annual Permit Renewal to Local Authorities
Responsible for processing OSA Fees
Responsible to request all payment related to PBT (permit renewal, assessment tax, compound fees)
To ensure all the invoices receive to be processed within 7 working days
To monitor and ensure the payment will be made within 45 days
To provide support to complete a given task Property Related - Special Project (Colo, Upgrade, Dismantle & Maintenance)
Any other activity as necessary for efficient property management
Monitor Departments Budget and Payment Status - Finance
Assist Finance HQ for all payment related
Ensure timely payment of all Utilities bill (electricity & water) for all acquired sites.
Keep data update in EASI on electricity billing of sites.
Deployment and communication of OSHMS within their respective functional departments.
Ensuring all relevant OSHE objectives and targets are met by monitoring through their departmental improvement plan.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements as well as another requirement.
Ensuring OSHE requirements are implemented and maintained.
