Job Description
:
Review and execute the PETRONAS Mechanical Rotating Engineering strategy, policy and plans to achieve and sustain PETRONAS Standards of Asset performance, technical assurance, project and operational excellence
1. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE & SERVICE
Provide technical input and execute Mechanical Rotating Engineering solution for PETRONAS projects and assets.
Implement and monitor the technical integrity solutions and assurance services for enforcement and mitigation of project/asset issues in line with HSE compliance and governance.
2. PROJECT ENGINEERING
Identify & recommend technical inputs for execution of the Rotating engineering solutions and services for FEED, plant change and Capital Projects managed by PD&T
Provide technical support during exploration, acquisition and divestment stages and perform Situational Assessment for critical JOB/OBO projects.
3. TECHNICAL GOVERNANCE AND INTEGRITY ASSURANCE
Lead and supervise the technical engineering services and expertise provided to PETRONAS projects and operations in compliance with industry standard for JOB/OBO.
4. BEST PRACTICES
Review and verify best practices from relevant disciplines and incorporate into PETRONAS Technical Standards to support the implementation across PETRONAS.
5. TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE
Provide technical input and execute the Standard Management Systems, Tools and Methodologies
