To ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (H.S.E) policies and procedures.
Coordinates the Project Management Team on all matters related to health, safety and environment including statutory laws and regulations related to all activities of the project.
Monitor and supervise workplace activities under scope of responsibilities to ensure compliance with HSE system and legal requirements.
To conduct/witness Toolbox & Pre-Task at site.
Prepare and maintain the health, safety and environment (HSE) documents.
Conduct daily and weekly HSE inspection and take preventive action to control the pollution and to prevent any potential incidents.
Monitor and supervise the activities of HSE program and provide supervision.
Assist SHO in investigation on HSE accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Liaise with client, sub-contractors, government bodies and local authorities on all HSE matters.
Ensure environmental quality monitoring being conducted as scheduled.
Create solutions to environmental problems.
Conduct scheduled waste management studies.
Implement and monitor the requirements outlined in the Site-Specific Occupational, Safety, Health & Environment (OSHE) Plan and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Guide/advise employees to perform their jobs in correct ways and safely manner.
To maintain discipline among workers.
Arrange for facilities and equipment for work activities to be conducted safely.
Report the incident to Person in Charge (PIC) and assist the investigation of the incident.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
