Job Description

Working together with Facility Managers, Plant Manager and all the Heads of Departments; and ensure work sites, plant, offices and all the services for Linen and Laundry Services (LLS), Cleansing Management Services (CLS), Healthcare Waste Management Services (HWMS), Biomedical Engineering Management Services (BEMS) and Facility Maintenance Engineering Services (FEMS) are safe and in compliance with our Company's Safety, Health and Environment policies as well as OSHA Act 1994, FMA 1967, EQA Act 1974 and its regulations.

Working together with Facility Managers, Plant Manager and all the Heads of Departments to manage, monitor, cooperate LLS, CLS, HWMS, BEMS and FEMS's vendors (SJSB and Laundry Plants) and its contractors on Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures; ensure that all their personnel are fully aware of the SHE policies and procedures.

Facilitate risk assessments in organizations to identify critical environmental health and safety hazards and aspects.

Timely update and compile of Accident and Incident at Regional Level. (ASIS Deduction).

To ensure and monitor renewal of machinery (PMT, PMD and PMA) with DOSH for all sites (MyKKP), and ensure sure NO Stop Work Notice from Local Authorities.

To handle all grievance, complaints and dissatisfactions by the local authorities.

To conduct and make sure all Workplace Inspection done in Quarterly; and follow through for corrective action and preventive methods or procedure to avoid recurrence of accidents at work site.

To involved with Fire Safety Audit Program by JKN and to make sure all finding close accordingly

To ensure SHE Regional database update by twice a month to SHE Dept. WTP.

To make sure all SH & EPM Committee Minute of Meeting at Regional and site are submitted on time.

To joint organize the Safety, Health & Environment Campaigns / Day.

To evaluate action taken on SHE committees minutes of meeting (Action to be taken / Follow up / Preventive action).

To ensure adherence to all the Malaysian government laws and regulations, Company's rules and regulations and Company's Integrated Management System

Any other duties assigned to you from time to time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
