Job Responsibilities
01) To liaise with the local authority (especially DOSH) on matters concerning:
(i) Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and its Regulations.
(ii) Factories and Machineries Act / FMA 1967 and its Regulations.
01) To ensure all responsibilities discharge on day to day work in accordance to company SOP.
02) To prepare annual safety training programmed based on the training needs/ competency analysis and arrangement for the implementation.
03) To conduct inspection at the work place and to investigate, make reports and recommendations on safety related matters.
04) To coordinate Personal Protective Equipment in the plants and make recommendations to the management.
05) To prepare company\'s accident statistics, monitoring and analysis on the safety achievements.
06) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
07) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree holder with any related field of study equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
