-Update and key in purchasers' information into the developer system.
-Execute, co-ordinate and follow up with purchasers, financiers and solicitors on loan documentation, letter of undertakings, handing over of vacant possession.
-Generate and process on the progressive billings and collections on timely basis.
-Execute and prepare on the change of ownership and update relevant authorities for all parcels duly handed over with CCC notification.
-Liaise and co-ordinate with Technical /Customer Care/Estate /Accounts Department on pre handing over vacant possession such as preparation of relevant documents and fees in order to have timely delivery of Vacant Possession to purchasers.
-Update and manage all purchasing details in developer system for all incentive and loyalty programmes, prepare and ensure forms are duly filled up with complete supporting documents and signed by purchaser.
-Attend to purchaser enquiries, manage all sub-sale / refinancing documentation.
-Follow up closely loan approval for respective purchasers.
-Check and ensure all sales documents are in order.
Job Requirements:
-Degree in Communication, Accounting, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relation or equivalent.
-IFCA. Net System knowledge is an advantage.
-Fresh Graduate or at least 1-3 years' experience in Credit Control or Sales Administration in Property Development Company are welcomed.
