Key Responsibilities
Participate and contribute towards formulation of specific strategies in developing and managing distributors of various nature at various locality.
The main lead in executing distributors transformation activities in area of supervision to high productive and discipline distributors
Executing strategies in achieving the agreed productivity level for all Distributors under supervision.
Collaborate and coordinate with all DOAs/RMs/ADMs/ADEs and Head Office Colleagues in achieving Productivity benchmarks
Act as the guardian to Distributors in ensuring that compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.
To conduct regular performance reviews with distributors to ensure optimise performance and sharing of knowledge.
To carry out ad-hoc activities whenever required by the Company in achieving Company aspirations.
Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
Working experience in business development role in any industry is an added advantage but not a must.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with distributors and management.
Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 English in particular.
Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
A team player.
Must possess own transport.
Ability to work independently is a desired trait
