Key Responsibilities

• Participate and contribute towards formulation of specific strategies in developing and managing distributors of various nature at various locality.
• The main lead in executing distributors transformation activities in area of supervision to high productive and discipline distributors
• Executing strategies in achieving the agreed productivity level for all Distributors under supervision.
• Collaborate and coordinate with all DOAs/RMs/ADMs/ADEs and Head Office Colleagues in achieving Productivity benchmarks
• Act as the guardian to Distributors in ensuring that compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.
• To conduct regular performance reviews with distributors to ensure optimise performance and sharing of knowledge.
• To carry out ad-hoc activities whenever required by the Company in achieving Company aspirations.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
• Working experience in business development role in any industry is an added advantage but not a must.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with distributors and management.
• Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 English in particular.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• A team player.
• Must possess own transport.
• Ability to work independently is a desired trait
