Job Description
Job SummaryPrepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.Prepare and monitor customers\' accounts receivables clearance, sales support tools, customer\'s promotion compliance and on shelf availability.Support other administrative works when required.Prepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.General Responsibilities
- Key person to complete A&P mapping and matching (Advertising and Promotion) in
- Exceedra system on daily basis to meet the expectation of AR aging.
- Key person to coordinate and liaise with PM/CAMs/Senior Manager/IT dept. in addressing any gap in the matter of A&P mapping and matching issues in Exceedra.
- Prepare daily sales tracker and circulate the reports to relevant stakeholders (If any).
- Key person to update rolling monthly sales target and monthly sales LE (latest estimate) in sales reports.
- Monitor and follow up on aging accounts receivables from Customers\' Account.
- Assist Senior Manager in performance improvement or process enhance to optimize team output/productivity and cost efficiency.
- To backup team and extend necessary support in the event team member is out of office and to undertake assignment when required by immediate superior.
- Work as a team.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup).
- Possess good written & spoken English.
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
