Attend to all sales enquiries in order to sell the product and achieve the sales target.
To implement the sales execution and the approved marketing strategies.
To organise, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transaction up to SPA signed and application/ approval of loan pertaining to the sold products.
To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth.
To conduct market survey and analyze the SWOT of competitors to provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
To ensure that all works assigned are carried out diligently and timely to meet deadlines.
