Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the production plan is aligned with the material to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Plan and prepare production schedule according to the sales forecast
  • Monitor and follow up sales production against the target planned
  • To collect data and analyze key sales-related indexes for the sales team
  • Analyze performance against the budget planner
  • Monthly reporting of sales team performance
  • To assist with annual budget preparation, a compilation of monthly sales forecast revision, and analysis of budget variances
  • To ensure timely submission and review of financial and operational reports from all business units
  • Timely submission of relevant weekly/monthly reports on sales unit reports to the management for decision making
  • Provide necessary assistance and facilitation to members of the organization
  • Accomplish any other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Marketing or equivalent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel
  • Good coordination and communication skills with all levels of people, good team player, and positive working attitude
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Jalan Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Planning: 1 year (Preferred)
