Provide secretarial assistance to the assigned division/department in a timely manner.
2.Office IT and Virtual Collaboration
Manage the assigned division/department IT related matters.
3.Office Management
Manage and monitor the administration of staff related matters and administration of office facilities requirement for the department.
4.Information and Knowledge Management
Manage the assigned division/department information and documentation system.
5.Department Engagement and Activities
Manage and coordinate the implementation of departmental/division\'s engagements and activities including the planning of company\'s social and employee\'s engagement, groupwide training/upskilling sessions, etc. as lead/focal person.
Qualification & Requirement:
Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or any equivalent from institution recognized by JPA/MQAJPA/MQA.
Possess at least 8 years of working experience in and must fulfill the secretary competencies requirement role.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Communication and negotiation across all level of people and organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook and other applications)
Meticulous with particular attention to details.
Must be able to keep strict adherence to confidentiality.
