• Maintain senior leader\'s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, travel plans, conferences, etc.
• Arrange senior leader\'s flights and accommodation when travelling.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain an effective filing system.
• To plan and direct senior leader\'s driver.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of business associates, management and employees.
• Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc functions as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Private Secretarial, Business Studies or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years\' related working experience, of which at least 3 years in providing support to C-Suite or Director level position.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good writing capabilities, including emails, memos and correspondences.
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proactive, good time management and possess essential problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
