To manage and ensure timely delivery of channels programs and activities to drive top-of-mind and awareness for sales referrals Work with respective internal & external stakeholders to ensure these programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved segment/cross-sell strategies, product/sales/marketing communications & marketing budgets Monitor and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/ issues and recommend solutions to rectify them Monitor competitor\'s market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry practices Active participant in supporting and assisting the business in the development and execution of ad-hoc Management/Bankwide/HLG initiatives i.e. product/customer/service delivery strategies to achieve Budget goals.
