Job Description
My client is looking for someone who is strong in building and expanding the strategic partnership with not just HCP, but corporate stakeholders and potential partners for partnership collaboration opportunities.
- Quantify the issues outlined in cancer patient journey and ecosystem identified through brand strategy plans (BSP).
- Collaborate closely with various teams (marketing, medical, and corporate affairs) to execute partnership projects as outlined in BSP.
- Discover external partnership prospects, collect data, and derive insights to develop and execute alliance partnership plans aimed at enhancing cancer patient ecosystems.
- Explore potential partners for collaboration opportunities.
- Influence and take a central role in managing stakeholders to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and external partners for cross-tumour initiatives.
- Integrate digital and omnichannel transformation strategies into alliance partnership plans.
- Assess and report on the performance of all alliance partnership plans, comparing them against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Ensure a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance is ingrained in all business practices, with full accountability for overseeing compliance status and open reporting in partnership with Global Compliance.
1. Must have a bachelor degrees, preferably Science-related degree and/or MBA qualifications.
2. Must have strong alliances and partnership experience in the healthcare industry for min 5 years
3. Relevant experience of stakeholder management, open to candidates from pharmaceutical industries and healthcare consultancy
4. Very strong communication and networking skills
5. Experienced in project management
6. Self learning on new Digital and omnichannel solutions to support strategies.
A stable and expanding pharmaceutical MNC, which has many new product launches, especially for oncology portfolio. They are looking for this person to be part of their Oncology business unit and plays a pivotal role in stakeholder management to drive cross-functions collaboration into alliance partnership plans.
