Building and recording display briefs/visual displays via
planograms
for various departments i.e. Grocery, Non Food & General Merchandising across multiple formats (Giant, Upscale stores & Giant Mini).
Manage and implement the range review process by working closely with cross functional departments (Commercial, IT, Supply Chain & Operations).
Update and maintain accurate planograms via minor, major and step change.
Analyze available data to balance visual display, stock holding level, profitability and operational efficiency.
Translate post implementation reviews into enhancing strategy for subsequent range reviews.
Creation of engaging store guides and communications that help translate the brief for every range change and refresh.
Works closely with the Store Operations to execute the space, range & display changes in store.
Provide advice and direction to stores when support is required.
On-site layout audit - to capture any changes at store layout in terms of space or fixtures.
Any related tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
Results oriented individual who excels in fast paced environment with constant changes.
Good analytical, problem solving skills and able to work independently with limited supervision.
Good communication skills, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with space management software i.e. ProSpace, Spaceman or AutoCAD will have an added advantage
.
Travelling is required when needed.
