Role Description XMUM is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive - Student Accommodation for a full-time, on-site role in Sepang. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of student accommodations, including supervising students, ensuring the safety and comfort of students in their living spaces, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance student experiences in their residential settings. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Demonstrated understanding of student accommodation operations, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, students, and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of student life and accommodation services. Candidate with related working experience is an advantage. However it is not a must.
