JOB PURPOSE The Executive, Student Recruitment Operations & Support is responsible for operations and administrative support. The position oversees and manages the office administration including maintaining and updating marketing-related activities, agent-related matters, handling information requests and performing various administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. KEY RESULT AREAS/RESPONSIBILITIES Manage International enquiries and assign leads to the respective counsellors on daily basis. Support International Student Recruitment team including overseas staff for daily operations. Follow up with the International Student Recruitment counsellors on their students\' status to support generating report for management or other stakeholders. Liaise with Marketing department on promotional/marketing materials for International Student Recruitment\'s event. Act as Stock checker for storeroom. Administrative support for International Student Recruitment and Domestic team. Prepare and monitor fixed assets listing which includes the maintenance of office equipment. Meeting minutes taker for International Student Recruitment meeting and other meetings assigned by the supervisor. Compile data and prepare report for management as and when required. Any other tasks and activities as assigned by the supervisor and management. JOB SPECIFICATIONS MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Marketing/International Business or other management-related disciplines. RELATED EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution. COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) Knowledge and skills in using computer software, e.g. Microsoft software applications. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate comfortably with relevant departments/personnel courteously and professionally. Possess good planning, organising, coordinating and time management skills. COMPETENCIES (BEHAVIOURAL) Committed, responsible, forward-thinking, pleasant personality with a good attitude, good teamwork spirit and good communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team and possess a high degree of integrity, initiative, and commitment.
