Your role is responsible for system enhancements, system rectification, to handle any assigned projects/assignments and enquiries related to Policy Mangement Individual


Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare User Requirements, conduct UAT and implement new product/guidelines business rules in the system (all related platforms)
  • To implement new business rules/new processes and continue to streamline the existing business rules/processes in the department
  • To coordinate the maintenance of OPUS modules and upgrading of Portal
  • To undertake and coordinate new projects and system implementation
  • To assist in updating of SOPs and ensure the procedures is up-to-date
  • Ensure compliance of Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA 2013), SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bodies
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any fields preferably in Insurance related discipline (operation) with at least 1-2 years working experience in similiar field.
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skill.
  • Able and willing to work under pressure and take up challenges
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good team player
