Position Summary Ensure quality assurance on engineering data, drawings and documents in both printed and electronic form reflect the actual installation at the site and comply with company\'s policies, procedures and PETRONAS Technical Standards. Job Requirements Implement and maintain Quality Assurance & Control to ensure engineering data, drawings and documents handed over Technical Library is as-built as per site and in accordance with PETRONAS LNG Complex\'s procedure and PETRONAS Technical Standard. Develop a tracking mechanism to ensure all audit findings captured during the audit of Red Line Mark-Up implementation are properly incorporated into Master As-Built drawings as the prescribed software ie, AutoCad, Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI), Smart Plant Piping and instrumentation Diagram (SPPID), and Smart Plant 3D (S3D). Provide support to Business Technical Authority (BTA) to verify the accuracy and completeness of technical data, drawing and document produced by Project Management Team (PMT) for BTA endorsement to ensure the as-built as per site and in accordance with PETRONAS LNG Complex\'s procedure and PETRONAS Technical Standard. Conduct a thorough analysis of technical library\'s drawing and document by ensuring complete set of documents are available for projects and plants changes reference and the documents usage and quality audit are reported transparently. Work with the project team to convert drawings produced by AutoCad/ MicroStation into Smart Tools such as SPI, SPPID, S3D, or other prescribed software as well as foster relationship with government authorities, management institutions, key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with the latest development for new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering (Civil/Structure & Pipeline Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering). Requirements: Minimum 5 years of working experience in document control and being familiar with Smart Tools such as SPPID, S3D and SPI project environment within Oil & Gas (O&G) industry. Able to be based at Bintulu, Sarawak. Only shortlisted candidates will be shortlisted.
