Ensure documents are properly checked and authorized before submitting for approval. Key Responsibilities: Authorisation of trade transactions in TE2000. Inputting, checking, and monitoring daily transactions. Tracking payments of outstanding bills. To verify, check the daily reports. Monitoring past due bills. Examination of trade documents. Ensure the accuracy of transactions. Ensure timelines for processing transactions are met. Ensure financing of trade transactions is in line with the customer\'s nature of business. Perform AML screening via Accuity System. To ensure compliance with guidelines, procedures, policies etc. To be familiar with and have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements and ICC publications related to Trade. Perform half-yearly physical balancing. Processing of Islamic trade transactions for Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Team Leader from time to time Job Requirements: Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent. Preferable with min 2 years of related experience in trade operations. Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, training will be provided. Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels. PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
