The Role About I am looking to hire a heart-centered , systems driven virtual marketing assistant to support my projects, business automation operations and copywriting while working remotely. Bluntly, I\'m seeking my marketing right hand. As a virtual marketing assistant, you will be working directly with me! You will be helping with the execution of marketing campaigns, building marketing automation like email campaigns, creating assets & visuals (in Canva) like landing pages, websites, drafting email copies, prioritizing operational tasks, curating and creating (authentic) content, documenting SOPs etc. Additional tasks would also include: online research, handling administrative tasks, maintaining or setting up websites. (WordPress). Ideally, you are interested in learning / advancing using AI to support your work ! (Not just GPT) and are also an aspiring business system wizard. Business Tasks Your responsibilities will include: Set up and maintain WordPress sites, landing pages (Using AI to speed up the process - like 10web) Create engaging and SEO-friendly content with guidelines given *Customize engaging authentic, non salesy copy for email, website, landing pages, social media, and other marketing materials Assist with setting up internal business systems & automation using tools like Zapier, Make.com - sometimes with light coding to handle JSON API Requests Prioritize, organize, and execute project activities from meetings Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns & client projects Conduct in-depth research and organize them in a mannerly way (or able to have the questions answered) Assist with light video & audio editing - with AI tools (Descript. Gling. Capcut) Business Prospecting: Researching and creating a prospect list that fits the ICP Sending Emails & Follow-ups Personal Tasks Light Bookkeeping - Keeping Track of Expenses Social Media Content Curation // Topic Research & Script Outline Regrouping and checking in to make sure we are on our way to our goals Ideal Profile Preferred Experiences / Qualifications You are analytical, detail-oriented, tech savvy and a fast learner that wants to work to build businesses that are heart based & purpose driven. Have worked a minimum of 2 years in marketing, communication or related field Fluent in English (near native-level) both speaking and writing to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region. You can set up and maintain WordPress sites, landing pages You know light coding to handle JSON API Requests (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to assist with specific automation build & website building (https://codingreflections.com/) Have copywriting experience or have written non-salesy, authentic emails, landing pages, video sales letters. You have an eye for design, proficient in design tools like Canva You are an aspiring Business System Wizard ????, and are familiar with tools like Zapier, Make.com etc Soft Skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Fast learner with new tools, skills or concepts Resilient, high execution & problem-solving abilities to get things done Strong time management and organizational skills, demonstrable ability to adhere to deadlines Good understanding of office management and marketing principles You are adaptable, you understand that planning is necessary but that changing a plan is part of the game Light video editing skills: you know how to keep videos engaging and insert B-rolls when needed (with AI tools like Descript) Proficiency in marketing automation software (ActiveCampaign) Nice To Have 2 years of experience working as a virtual assistant for a CEO, executive, entrepreneur, or a business owner. Ability to turn ideas into graphs or visuals Ability to use AI to increase efficiency in your workflow Can read Mandarin Chinese to be able to liaise to different stakeholders across the region.
