Job Description
To maintain stock inspection e.g. Inbound/Outbound/Return/Disposed process. (Grocery, Sundry, Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Seafood & Dried Seafood). To responsible & co-operate on stock accuracy of warehouse recorded by inventory team in system (REST/ARMS/SAP) is tally as physical stock e.g. Disposed/Stock Adjustment. To perform stock reconciliation. (System vs. Physical). To conduct periodic clearance cycle count which include disposal of damaged stocks (havent recorded in system). To ensure operation work flow is well practice. To manage any dispute arises and relevant parties involved. To well understand and deliver agreed KPI (Key Performance Indicator) as company target. To co-ordinate and undertake stocks take exercise with Distribution Centre Inventory & Support Office (Finance & Inventory). To ensure all discrepancies of stock be highlight to inventory team for further action (stock adjustment record). To ensure the correct item is being in placed according to categories. To perform any other duties which is related as assigned from time to time.
