Position Purpose:

This role will be helping to grow the E-Commerce marketplace business for global brands & to support with commercial development across the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic portfolio brands in SG
• Drive the commercial strategy for portfolio brands on online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, etc
• End-to-end P&L management and investment planning with clients
• Strong project management & coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms
• Demand planning & supply forecasting
• Conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces
• Building the optimal marketing, promotion and assortment strategy by brand
• Complete oversight & accountability for eCommerce operations and execution
• Negotiation with e-marketplaces & relationship management with platforms & clients
• Building relationships with principals, brand management teams and marketplaces
• Developing operational processes and tools to improve scalability
• Think outside the box and test run new projects for continuous enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree of Business or Marketing or Statistics
• At least 1-2 years in E-commerce/retail background. E-marketplace experience preferred
• Project management
• E-commerce Marketing & Campaign planning & strategy experience
• Negotiation & strategy experience preferred
• Client management
• Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus
