Executive/Sr Executive - Production

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
• Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or with intermediate working experience.
• Requires a full working knowledge of a technical field. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts, and proposes a course of action.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of related working experience in manufacturing production.
• Experience in managing around 80 - 100 for operators.
• Experience in problem solving tools - Fishbone diagram, 5 Why etc.
• Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communications skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
