Responsible for product performance improvement through improvement of First Pass and Throughput Yield. Analyse data, root cause failures, and drive continuous improvement to achieve better yield.
Able to guide technicians to troubleshoot, repair, assemble and test of hardcore RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and modules from system to component level, using various software and hardware.
Ensure on-time-delivery of repair services.
Provide corrective actions and feedback to R&D and engineering teams in associated departments based on root cause determination.
Drive for CI together with technician, engineering teams and R&D
Coach and assist technicians in verification of test failures & troubleshooting skills Education Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Instrumentation or related from an accredited engineering program.
Experience
The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of working experience on NPI system/module/CCA in a multinational electronics-manufacturing or services environment.
The candidate must have experience in handling NPI, with knowledge of NPD phases.
The candidate must have solid communication and presentation skills in articulating appropriate level of details to different level of audience.
The candidate must have solid project management experience, ability to handle multiple NPI projects.
The candidate must have solid understanding of overall manufacturing system.
The candidate must have the ability to be a self-starter and drive task and issues for closure.
The candidate must have experience in understanding product architecture and theory of operation and debug guides.
The candidate must be familiar with RF measurements such as power measurements, noise and distortion measurements, and S-parameter measurements.
Experience in coaching technicians to support production operations and working in various tasks and projects is preferred
PMP/ACP certified individuals are encouraged to apply, but not a requirement.
