Job Description

Responsibilities:

Orders processing with PO and PI issuance to customer and factory respectively.

Confirmation on the product specification, pricing, shipment date, shipping and payment term etc

Ensure all the packaging and printed matters requirement and compliance of the merchandise.

Ensure the specific requirement and compliances on shipping documents and certificates etc

Monitor and control ocean freight rate, in-land transportation and marine insurance charges etc.

Monitor, control and report weekly production and shipping schedule on each factory for each customer.

To ensure QC personnel to perform inspection and prepare the Pre-shipment Inspection on each shipment.

Submit the pre-shipment inspection report to customers for review and confirmation before shipment.

Issue Shipping Instruction to each factory base on customer Contract Order and/or LC requirement.

Prepare our own company Invoice and Packing List etc documents for signatory before e-mail to customer.

Ensure full payment receive before release the original set of the shipping documents esp. BL.

Arrange payment with Accounts department to the specific factory upon shipment made.

Handle enquiries and routine correspondenes with factories and customers.

Handle samples request and placement with factory, follow up till received by customer.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field related to Logistic / Supply Chain, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce and/or Secretarial.

Required language(s): English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia

Possess good communication, coordination and organisation skills.

Familiar with MS Office and preferences given to those export and shipping knowledge

2 years of working experience.

Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
