We are looking for a Export Customer Service Executive to coordinate between Demand & Supply Planning, Forwarding, Distribution, and Transport teams to ensure timely dispatch of stocks to IMS Customers.

• Order Processing
• Booking
• Claims / Complaints Handling
• Billing
• Stocks Monitoring
• System Health Check

What will make you successful

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience, preferably in logistics/shipping companies
• Knowledgable in SAP System, and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
