Job Description

To manage and coordinate all export and customer service activities, ensuring efficient order processing, smooth logistics flow, and timely shipment of finished goods in compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and international export regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and process export customer orders accurately and on time.

2. Coordinate with the production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure smooth delivery of export goods.

3. Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs forms.

4. Communicate effectively with overseas customers to provide updates on orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.

5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

6. Monitor shipment status and ensure compliance with international export regulations.

7. Work closely with sales and business development teams to support export activities.

8. Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or export operations, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.

3. Good understanding of import/export documentation, Incoterms, and shipping procedures.

Must be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).

5. Familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.

6. Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation control.

8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.

9. Knowledge of vegetarian/plant-based ingredients and food safety standards (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP) is an added advantage.
