About the role

Song XR provides solutions in the newest category of emerging technology: most commonly referred to as Immersive , or Extended Reality (XR) . Composed of virtual, augmented and mixed reality, this new content category is rapidly proving itself for business solutions amongst some of the world s best companies. We provide our clients an informed strategy, best in-class experiential design and development, enterprise IT integration and a suite of scalable solutions.

You'll work on meaningful and innovative projects that radically change the way our clients view what is possible, while engaging in transformational initiatives powered by the latest Metaverse technologies.

You'll have ongoing support in your learning and growth, with Accenture investing in opportunities for you to research, understand, and eventually help define the Metaverse as it continues to evolve and take shape.

You'll be joining our diverse team of metaverse-skilled professionals with market-leading capabilities dedicated to designing, executing and accelerating our clients metaverse journeys.

Responsibilities:

Owning the design of XR applications from client requirements gathering and ideation to visual and experience design, developer collaboration, and project execution

Creating detailed design documentation, game flows, system design, digital economies, and UX/UI

Serving our clients on their innovation journey. Starting with eliminating the market noise, to concepting, to making it real. You will then formulate the approach and deliver measurable business value

Facilitating communication between the client on knowledge of the product s design and enabling early identification of issues. Being a conduit of honest and constructive feedback both up and down the chain

Pioneering the Metaverse by advancing the use of its many building blocks: Multiparty Systems & Blockchain, Extended Reality, Digital Identity, Hardware (AR/VR Goggles & Lenses), Software (Gaming Platforms & Virtual Worlds), etc.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Experience managing workload and functioning on a milestone basis with a Project Manager and Creative Director

Overall good sense of project and time management

Ability to manage a small team of designers and/or production artists

Experience with augmented reality, virtual reality, mobile app UX/UI, and casual gaming is preferred

A love for the intersection of tech, entertainment, toys, games, and pop culture

5+ years art direction experience

Openness to learn and take constructive feedback across departments

Self-motivated to pick up and share new skills with the team

Able to clearly communicate in English

Organized, goal and detail-oriented

Flexibility to work cross-discipline and take on tasks outside your usual skill set

This position is open to both locals and non-locals

You will be based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office
