Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks and food items that meet quality standards
- Properly handle and maintain all F&B equipments
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash, e-wallet, and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Must perform inventory management
- Observe relevant health and safety standards
- Able to identify and sell products with concise and thorough explanation to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
