• To operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) with ensure efficient and reliable performance of all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Responsible for troubleshooting BMS alarms, performing system checks, and coordinating corrective actions to maintain building comfort and energy efficiency.

Responsibility

• Monitor, operate, and control building systems through BMS servicing

• Respond to BMS alarms and perform first-level troubleshooting.

• Conduct daily BMS trend analysis and performance checks.

• Ensure all system tags, setpoints, and schedules are correctly configured.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS-related equipment and field devices (sensors, actuators, controllers).

• Coordinate with M&E and IT teams for system integration and communication issues.

• Close monitoring on the above to ensure the systems are operating safely, reliably, and ready to support continuous operation of the production.

• Ensure ticket closure as per OVSC meeting date line

• Ensure zero ITP and ITS

• Ensure zero escalation and feedback to/from customer

• Ensure Change over for system N+1 as per schedule

• Ensure R&R facilities equipment's carried out timely

• Ensure the Building Monitoring System (BMS) of facilities control parameter within the spec.

• Assist the OEM to carry out checking and trouble shooting

• Assist the Facility engineer, System owner to carry out checking and trouble shooting

• Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting

Skills and Qualifications

• Sijil/Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Building

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BMS or related facility operations.

• Knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell & Johnson Controls )

• Basic understanding of networking, PLC, and automation systems is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork ability.
