What this job involves:
Providing onsite support
You will be the upper facilities management\xe2\x80\x99s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. You\xe2\x80\x99ll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team\xe2\x80\x99s thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll also lend the team a big hand by providing support including event management, basic housekeeping, office supplies and pantry services. Also part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.
Meeting the clients\xe2\x80\x99 facilities needs

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements. Your planning and budgeting skills will also be vital to the job, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll take part in the procurement of vendors and services from time to time.

At the same time, this role puts you on the first line of defence against risks. As such, you will help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures, and comply with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and strategies.

Experienced
At minimum, you have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field and/or 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field. You have experience working in fast paced rapidly changing environment and possess good knowledge and understanding of the following:
Critical facilities
Local occupational health and safety requirements
Vendor management for specialized services
Basic technical aspects of property (Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
Commercial contracts (as well as proven capacity to interpret them)
Capable
You are equipped with excellent planning & organizational skills in prioritizing work and meeting tight deadlines You have a proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. You are analytical and demonstrate the capacity to deal with ambiguity. You effectively provide long term solutions to complex problems by employing quantitative and holistic approaches.
People Person
You are able to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels, as well as managing conflict and balance between client and firm requirements. Internally, you are an effective leader who provides good training and promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships at all levels of staffs across the region.
Inspiring
You have a passion for quality and an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services. You are able to effectively deal with stressful situations as well as adapt to rapidly changing situations. You focus on meeting performance targets and can work well with others in the process. You are open to new ideas and willing to challenge status quo in initiating and following through with improvement initiatives. Passion for service
Do you have a prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or other related fields?
