Job Description

Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems. Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semiroutine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work. Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Chargeman or equivalent Ability to read, write and speak in English 1.5 up to 3 years of experience with semiconductor electrical facilities systems operations Skills to read online electrical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, metering and testing equipment including multimeter, Megger, High Pot, ground fault detector, VLF and IR camera.
