Will be responsible to lead the maintenance team comprising of Assistant Engineers & Technicians. You will also be responsible to manage the available resources towards exceeding our customer\'s expectations.
Provide guidance and leadership to members in the team
Key responsibilities:
Responsible in the development, implementation and administration of all operation and maintenance activities including building maintenance works.
Provide planning and technical support to the Maintenance (PM) teams. Assist the team by sourcing for and providing technical solutions to problems.
Work with the team in maintaining all equipment and facilities.
Monitor the equipment operation, repair and preventive programs and activities. Ensure that contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards. Oversee and fosters excellence in customer\'s satisfaction activities within the project.
Initiate, direct and monitor the performance of sub contractors.
Manage Projects; Maintenance Project, Energy Saving Project, Business-Driven Project etc.
Manage the responsibilities in compliance with ISO and process/documentation.
Perform all duties in safe manner and in accordance with established procedures.
Comply with all legal requirements, company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
KPI:
Zero violation on Regulatory Compliance & ISO 14001 Conformities
All Customer Service Request & Work Orders must be completed 100% and on time.
Zero Business Interruption & Critical Equipment Failures (which is due to CBRE/supplier\'s negligence).
No unnecessary breakdown of equipment due to negligence or lack of/improper maintenance.
No interruption in communication & tools.
Maintain 100% accuracy PM program/data (in CMMS or others) including equipment inventory & update as and when needed.
No escalation from customer or at least manage to contain any problem arise.
To be eligible for the role you must meet criteria as per below:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years experience in Facility Management and related industry in similar position
Possesses strong leadership skills, initiate, committed, willing to learn, pleasant disposition and general clean habits.
Must be a team player, have a sense of responsibility to meet objectives of the organization.
Having Chargeman Certificate/Electrical Competency & Experience is an additional advantage for the role.
