Facilities Engineer duties and responsibilities include planning and executing strategies for completing Periodic Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Maintenance Projects within KPI and in a timely manner.Supervising all M&E, PPM activities (include M&E minor project work), leading a team and vendor groups to manage and support the tactical delivery and be the on-site key point of contact for the key stakeholders. You will be leading and managing the growth and performance of the Chargemen and Technicians, provide technical thought leadership, drive engineering excellence, and participate in key technical discussions. You will also work closely with client\xe2\x80\x99s line managers on mechanical, electrical, and technical field strategy and in driving the implementation of more technical features include on site.The responsibilities will include site M&E, inventory management, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, and equipment & supplies.Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Direct report to the Hard Service Lead at site.As an expert in the field, you must be flexible in taking other responsibilities aside from your core tasks. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working side-by-side with both engineering and facilities departments in handling our contractors. Ensuring workplace safety is also within your scope. You will actively participate in health and safety reviews and identify potential risks. You will also participate in emergency evacuation procedures as needed.Requirements:

• Extensive experience in relevant work experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is essential.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in facilities management, facilities engineering, or related field.

• Experience with building systems, maintenance, and operations will be an added advantage but not compulsory.

• As our facilities engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards.

• This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects\xe2\x80\x94from beginning to end.

• Strong budget management and data analysis skills

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Diploma Holder in Building Services or its equivalent.

• Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met

• You\xe2\x80\x99ll also make sure that all essential site activities\xe2\x80\x94including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and equipment\xe2\x80\x94are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams. Your expertise in critical environment procedures may also help.

• Excellent written and communication skills.
