Job Description

Job Requirements:

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on facility infrastructure such as doors, access systems, lighting, HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage systems. Conduct daily and periodic inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action promptly. Support troubleshooting and perform minor repair works on facility and building systems when necessary.
2. System Inspections

Conduct separate and detailed inspections for the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with relevant specialists or vendors for system calibration, servicing, and corrective maintenance.
3. Vendor & Contractor Supervision

Supervise external vendors or contractors performing facility-related works such as repair, maintenance, or installation. Verify work quality and compliance with company safety standards before job completion sign-off.
4. Facility Upkeep & Housekeeping

Ensure all facility areas, including equipment rooms, outdoor structures (e.g. towers), and utility spaces are clean, organized, and safe. Oversee periodic cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold good housekeeping standards.
5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure all facility activities comply with the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies. Participate in safety audits, emergency response drills, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

Candidate shall willing to work at Data Center in Bukit Batu, Kulai. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering or related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or engineering support. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage systems Familiar with preventive maintenance system (PM schedule) Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
