POSITION GOALS
Primary responsibility is to overseeing day to day efficient operations and maintenance of all building systems, including the inspection of the site.
Responsible for the supervision of the operating team. He will apprise the site Manager of any and all conditions affecting building services and tenant comfort. The specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to tenant services, staff supervision and development, purchasing and technical proficiency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Critical Environment Management (CEM)
The implementation of the client\xe2\x80\x99s & JLL\xe2\x80\x99s Critical Environment Management program.
Supervises and directs critical operation staff.
Develop annual maintenance plan.
Will work with the Manager and data centre personnel to schedule equipment to be taken off line so that preventative maintenance can be performed.
Monitors operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting the facility and facility\xe2\x80\x99s critical operations.
Requires the ability to analyse the operation of the various systems, determine the cause of any problem / malfunctions and corrective action as required.
Proficiency in writing M&E related report and finding
Ensure Safety protocol are adhered to JLL requirement
Ensure operation staff adhered to the site specific Standard Operating procedure
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
KEY COMPETENCIES
Education - Minimum of a high school education, 4 years in trades or equivalent. HVAC and electrical engineering training helpful.
Job Experience - 4+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance supervision and management.
Experience in data centre management is an advantage
Experience in vendor management, procurement and
Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.
Special knowledge and skills - Exposure to HVAC, mechanical, electrical and fire systems.
Must be proficient in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office.
