A. JOB SUMMARY Reports to the Section manager of building maintenance & energy and responsible to assist the overall FMD energy saving & building maintenance activities which comprises of energy saving proposal to top management, daily& monthly tracing with detail report on the energy being used by production floor, production floor layout management, new machine/ production floor support in terms of space preparation B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate PDCA (Plan, Do, Check & Action) overall energy saving actives and building maintenance Monitor and maintain all aspects of Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance job for factory maintenance. Support product activities for Building structural layout, Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance. Plan, improve and support all QCDF related Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance Explore for new innovative technologies or methods in new Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance Plan extend capacity and shrink capacity of Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance area according to company and HQ strategy. Ensure stable and improve condition for Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance. Improve quality for Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance Reduce cost related 4M(Man, Machine, Materials, Method). Reduce generation of Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance related abnormality or trouble Formulate mid-term plan for related Building structural layout ,Energy conservation, Safety equipment maintenance. C. POSITION/JOB SPECIFICATIONS Qualification : Bachelor\'s Degree in civil/ mechanical/ electrical engineering or related field from recognized Higher Institution. Skills & knowledge Required : Experience in factory maintenance engineering of semiconductor back end factory. Experience in handling Clean Room housekeeping, specification making, cleaning material selection, tools selection and job supervision. Experience in planning and conducting facility improvement activity for housekeeping, hygiene, building maintenance and energy. Experience : At least 2-3 years related experiences in building management field At least 2 years of experience in energy saving project implementation team
