This position will play a key role in ensuring Mechanical System related to HVAC System for the building is well maintained and always at its best performance.Opportunity to lead a critical system supporting entire factory that has the potential for tremendous knowledge growth.Responsibilities

• Good knowledge and experience in mechanical HVAC system setup, operations and maintenance such as AHU, MAU, CRAC, FCU and Process Exhaust in medical devices set up. Responsible for the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth manufacturing operation, compliance to GMP, Dexcom and Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s safety/environment standards and legislative regulations
• Having basic knowledge on integration of HVAC system to BMS
• Having basic knowledge on Clean Room (Class 100K) operations
• Oversee the entire activities of facilities mechanical HVAC systems operations. Act as the primary system owner interface with site management and Facilities Operation Team.
• Lead, manage and coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to implement in accordance with the scope of work, company\xe2\x80\x99s, and local codes
• Support and work closely with all Plant EHS.
• Responsible to ensure the systems runs smoothly. Spares/consumables inventory meeting critical maintenance requirement.
• Responsible for review and development of specific documentation, procedures and site change control processes for equipment and process.
• Manage the preventive maintenance and calibration program for facilities equipment in regards to HVAC System.
• Liaison Government authorities as required.
• Identify and execute improvement activities for Mechanical HVAC System
• Carry out other work or task as directed by Manager.

Qualification

• Degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical) or other related qualification.
• 2-5 years of industry experience in system ownership for facilities mechanical systems
• Relevant engineering skills and experience in utility, automation, instrumentation and project management, plant start-up, operations, and maintenance
• Sound understanding and experience of GMP & EHS requirements and external/internal audits
• Strong business and customer focus
• Good engineering problem solving skills, workload resource planning and prioritization skills.
• Continuous challenge and improvement current operations
• Organized and good team player, able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Knowledge on Lean Sigma tools ( 5S /Pareto /5 why /DMAIC / RCA /Fish bone analysis ) will be added advantage
• Knowledge on ISO stds for medical devices and environmental acts
