Facilities Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of chiller systems, include routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement Develop and implement maintenance schedules & procedures to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of chiller systems Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians responsible for chiller system operations Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards and safety guidelines replaced to chiller system operations & maintenance
