JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible in ensuring the plant facilities are running smoothly

Overseeing any installation, repairs and upkeep of the building, mechanical and electrical maintenance

Leading and managing the environment (RODI Water and WWTP)

Planning, installation, commissioning and ensuring the new plant expansion is being carried out accordingly

Ensure site operation complying to all legal compliance and inspections by local authorities

Working closely with engineering/production team regarding facility equipment, RODI quality and the consumption

Ensure RODI & WWTP parameters are within the Company and DOE standard

Prepare related documents, reporting reports, proposal, and attend to cost saving and improvement projects

Recruit team members, providing trainings and team appraisal

Ad hoc assign by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical) or equivalent

Familiar with building maintenance, facilities equipment and system

Good experience and exposure in WWTP and RODI Water

Good to have experience managing facility in semiconductor industry

Good to have setup experience

With leadership in managing a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem solving and conflict management skills

Willing to be based in Kulim
