The Impact You\'ll MakeAssists with maintaining daily operations of the physical facility. Supports maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing \xe2\x80\x9chandyman\xe2\x80\x9d maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting and/or cleaning, light construction and/or exterior cleanup. Works with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs. Operates site equipment as needed, using hand and power tools as necessary. May perform other activities such as audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences, inter-office mail deliveries, waste paper recycling, and stocking of employee break areas. May maintain documentation such as power diagrams, network diagram, space usage, etc. and also assist with the editing of media materials, such as tapes. May provide support to vendors/contractors such as security force, cafeteria, media relations. May assist in hosting corporate visitors/dignitaries.What You\'ll DoCore responsibility include, but not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Direct outsource provider resources or other vendors to solve urgent issues\xc2\xb7 Responsible for identifying building and site issues; fast to solutions\xc2\xb7 Support construction projects as needed\xc2\xb7 Conduct post project inspections and support start up activities as required\xc2\xb7 Plan & coordinate small scale project\xc2\xb7 Maintain compliance to code & environmental requirements for all facilities resources and activities\xc2\xb7 Assisting as required with all aspects of a Global Workplace Solutions\xc2\xb7 Perform regular housekeeping and safety audit.\xc2\xb7 Gowning room and cleanroom consumable management.\xc2\xb7 Facility work order management.Who We\'re Looking For\xc2\xb7 Cert/ diploma in business administration, facility management, project management, or similar.\xc2\xb7 Cert/Diploma in mechanical engineering will be an added advantage\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility coordination, project management, or real estate.Preferred Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Facilities Management (FM) software\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in building and equipment preventative maintenance planning\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and communication skills.Our CommitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
