Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Key liaison person for the organization in all related calibration activities with QA dept.
• Maintains the inventory of all calibrated instruments in CMMS and ensure the details are kept up to date.
• Participates in the coordinating and executing all audit actions pertaining to calibration and other related matters for facilities
• Inspect conditions of calibrated measurement and specifications; plan out uncomplicated repairs; and supervise the repair of difficult technical problems by arraigning the required support
• Oversee multiple calibration vendors and on-site technicians
• To lead facilities compliance program. Prepare reports of departmental activities, and prepare compliance matrices to facilitate requirements in adherence to all compliance standards
• Gather, evaluate, and format quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data on a regular basis as part of operational requirements
• Maintains, updates, and compiles monthly dept\xe2\x80\x99s financial updates. Coordinates the quarterly and yearly budget forecast process.
• Focal person for to raise PR and track PO\xe2\x80\x99s for dept.
• Support facilities productivity improvement projects. Ex Web site and share point developments.
• To lead Dept\xe2\x80\x99s development activities. Ex-team building, training etc.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma Mechanical or Electrical. Any certification on facilities systems will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of calibration process in a GMP environment
• Previous experience working with CMMS.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, problem solving and provide solutions \xe2\x80\x93
• Microsoft Office expertise within MS Word & Excel
• Experience in a proactive scheduling environment
