Work experience ( including technical/ professional training and qualification ) .
Minimum 2 years' working experience in facility maintenance & operation.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Exposed in HVAC,Electrical system & able to read electrical circuit diagram and also equipment fault troubleshooting.
Good understanding and exposure of facility system operations and maintenance.
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and in a safely manner.
To ensure preventive maintenance & update maintenance checklist for all facilities systems are carried out according to schedule as routine job.
To assist manager in supervising & monitoring at all facility system operations & uptime.
To be in charge in any improvement projects.
To be in charge in supervising renovation, upgrading & equipment hook up installation work and ensure on-time delivery as per contract requirements.
To troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns promptly. Under urgent cases shall be required to work outside normal hours.
To ensure fire systems are working as per regulations.
To ensure facility systems and working environment are compliant to EHS requirement.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
