The Operations team partners closely with ResMed\'s five business leaders to understand their needs then providing a variety of products and services to help them meet those needs including Customer and Technical Services, Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. Let\'s talk about the team We are a team of experienced Facility Management professionals who manage ResMed\'s manufacturing sites located in Malaysia. Let\'s talk about Responsibilities You will supervise and manage facility related services to achieve the company\'s goals and objectives with respect to: 1. Promote a healthy and safe work environment and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, efficient and responsive facility maintenance and support services. 2. Ensure facility and service-related systems remain operational and meet user, regulatory and legislative requirements. 3. Provide technical input on process and equipment to fulfill all aspects of the maintenance and support services operations. 4. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, tender and supplier agreements and ensure adequate resources are provided. 5. Facility set-up for new production environment (IQ/OQ/PQ) in accordance with procedural requirement. In particular, to: 1. Work with OH&S team to ensure compliance with the requirement of understanding local Act and Regulations. 2. Work with Regulatory, Quality and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with all requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems. 3. Ensure Building, Mechanical and Electrical services meets quality, regulatory, safety and operational requirement. This include supervising, monitoring. coordinating and keeping necessary records associated with operation and maintenance of Audio Visual Systems, Electrical Systems, Fire Protection and Detection Systems, HVAC Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary Services, Compressed Air Systems, Security, Space planning, Building and Structures, Offices furniture, Events, Pest Control, Cleaning and Environment matters. 4. Manage service performance level, including the management of safety, cost, quality and environment. 5. Prepare and/or carryout, technical reports, standard operating procedure, qualification protocol, services agreements, training, approval papers, tender specifications and correspondence with authorities, consultants and contractors. 6. Facility set-up for new or re-layout/changes to production environment (IQ/OQ/PQ) in accordance with procedural requirement. This include hands-on approach towards facility verification and qualifications as well as report writing. 7. Manage facility upgrade or improvement projects. 8. Provide on-call services and be available to provide an after-hour presence if required for emergencies or maintenance activities. 9. Perform other duties, responsibilities and projects as assigned and as skills and experience permit. Let\'s talk about Qualifications and Experience 1. Proven technical and supervisory experience including work load planning, supervising service providers and achieving set target. 2. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. 3. Hands-on with good technical knowledge of building, mechanical and electrical services, operations, repairs, maintenance, spares management and facility qualification. 4. Plan, evaluate and manage data and maintenance program within a maintenance management integrated platform 5. Maintain standard operating procedures, systems and documents related to facilities management and services are available, effective and audit ready. 6. Facility qualification report as part of change management that include new line/ machine set-up, re-layout etc, as and when required, in accordance with Quality requirement. 7. Sound project management skills. Required Skills 1. 4+ years of facility management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry. 2. Exposure to GMP practices or cleanroom operation. Preferred Skills 1. Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical). 2.
