JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plan monthly service schedule for air-condition system for the factories.
- Verify the facility requisition and take action when needed.
- Monitor contractor service performances and activities.
- Ensure contractor achieve the plan schedule and meet quantity and quality standard.
- Conduct facility upgrading to reduce wastage and repairs.
- Trouble-shoot and solve the breakdown issues with contractor.
- Liaison with contractors on service, repair and troubleshooting activities.
- Liaison with contractor on breakdown repair cost.
- Participated in factory building maintenance.
- Recommend and initiate improvement programs to upgrade facility service quality and productivity.
- Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Good communication, negotiation and observation skills
- 2 years and above work experience in factory facility (air-condition system, lighting, building, sanitary and etc.) maintenance and repair
- Able to use Microsoft Office software for his daily document works
