Job Description

Supervise and perform maintenance of equipment, utilities (e.g., boilers, chillers, compressors), and plant facilities. Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime Plan and execute engineering projects, including new machinery installation, automation, and plant upgrades. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables to ensure availability. Lead initiatives for energy savings, cost reduction, and process efficiency. Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and statutory regulations (DOSH/DOE). Promote a strong safety culture and perform risk assessments Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, EHS) Track and report on maintenance KPIs and engineering projects
Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in

manufacturing (

Strong knowledge of utilities, maintenance systems, and plant operations Familiar with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and statutory requirements (DOSH/DOE) Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
