We are representing our client, a trading MNC company in telecommunication industry is looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Facility Executive to be based in Melaka.

Job descriptions

• Plan, Coordinate and Implement Predictive and Preventive Maintenance & Servicing Schedules on the building\'s M&E and Facility Installations. (E.g. Air-con servicing, electrical inspection, pest control, cleaning and security etc.).
• Liaising and sourcing of vendors for quotation / equipment / servicing and to monitor the contractors in aspects of quality, schedule and safety during work execution.
• Maintain and constantly update the SOPs and Plans/ Drawings of the facilities.
• Specify and Monitor Improvement Works and A&A Works to conform to specifications and authorities\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
• Respond to power failures and other building related failures.
• Car park management
• Security & Risk Management.
• Weekly generator testing.
• Responsible for implementing advanced technical knowledge to coordinate company environmental, health and safety programs, including setting up OSHA committee, OSHA manual maintenance.
• Maintenance and Inspection of firefighting equipment/ facilities, respond to all fire and security alarm activations and emergencies.
• Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning.
• Other ad hoc work related to office facilities issues.

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Management or any relevant course.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and minor repair works.
• Good communication and writing skills
• Good vendor management skills.
• Must be able to response after office hours and weekends (for urgent cases).
