Facility Executive / Front Line Associate (Facility) - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As a Facility Executive you will be responsible for on-boarding vendors for own locations, maintaining customer services as per company standard and loss prevention in adherence to store standards, company policies and front desk procedures.
Role Responsibilities

• Compile and submit documentation to local authorities for permits and licensing.

• Maintain a list of vendors and track payment due dates.
• Coordinate with the Payments Team to plan, submit, and follow up on utility and vendor payments.
• Source contractors and schedule vendor visits to retail outlets.
• Support HQ Admin with documentation related to retail locations.
• Facility maintenance and equipment management of retail locations.
• Tenancy negotiations.

Role Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in facility management.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Minimum Qualification required - SPM.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English - additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Basic work experience with MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Can work according to the schedule and can work on weekends.
